Privacy Policy Information

On 25 May 2018, the new data protection regulations GPDR came into force. Below we have included information on how we will process your data.

JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. will process the personal data obtained from you on the basis of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 in connection with the intention to conclude a contract or the performance of a commissioned order/agreement. The personal data obtained will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data. The legal basis for their processing may be:

1. consent – i.e. your freely given consent to the processing of data – as indicated in Article 6(1)(a) of the GPDR,
2. contractual requirements – i.e. the need to dispose of the data for the performance of the concluded Cooperation Agreement or to take steps at your request prior to its conclusion – as indicated in Article 6(1)(b) of the GPDR,
3. statutory requirements – i.e. the need for JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. to fulfil its legal obligations under the law – as indicated in Art. 6(1)(c) of the GPDR,
4. 4. the legitimate requirements of the controller – i.e. the need to pursue the legitimate interests of JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. – as indicated in Art. 6(1)( f) of the GPDR.

JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. will process the data collected from you for the following purposes:

1. in order to prepare commercial offers and activate services,

2. for the purpose of performance of a contract concluded with JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. or an order placed for services provided by JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o., in particular: execution and handling of complex orders for the purchase of batteries, transport, assembly, service, distribution, as well as handling of cooperation and other orders concluded with JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. in which you are a party.

3. for marketing of the products and services of JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. by means of online tools, by e-mail and by telephone.

The processing by JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. of the personal data collected from you will be based on a voluntary basis.
Submission of your personal data and conclusion of contracts with JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. are tantamount to your permission for JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o. to process and use your data to the extent specified in the following statement and is a condition for the provision of services by JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o..
Recipients of your personal data will only be entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of the law, and entities involved in the provision of services.

We guarantee the fulfilment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right of access, rectification and deletion of your data, restriction of their processing, the right to their portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You can exercise these rights, when:

• with regard to a request for rectification: you notice that your data are incorrect or incomplete;
• with regard to your request for erasure of your data: your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o.; you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data; you object to the processing of your data; your data are processed unlawfully; your data should be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
• with regard to a request for restriction of data processing: you notice that your data are incorrect – you can request the restriction of the processing of your data for a period of time allowing us to check the correctness of the data; your data are unlawfully processed but you do not want them to be deleted; your data are no longer necessary for us but may be necessary for you to defend or assert your claims; or you object to the processing of your data – until we determine whether the legitimate grounds on our side override the grounds for the objection;
• with regard to a request for data portability: the processing of your data takes place on the basis of your consent or a contract concluded with you and where this processing is carried out by automated means.

In the cases and according to the principles specified in the provisions on personal data protection, you will have the right to access your data, correct them, delete them, limit their processing, and object to the processing of personal data and to the transfer of personal data. You will also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority indicated in the currently applicable act regulating the principles of personal data protection, i.e. the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when:
 

• the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by your particular situation,
• your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including being profiled for this purpose.

Remember that you can exercise your right to object from 25 May 2018.

We keep your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you and also after the contract has ended for the purposes of:
 

• the assertion of claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
• to comply with legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations,
• prevention of fraud and abuse,
• statistics and archiving,
• for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract.

We received your data from you when you contacted us directly, by email, telephone or through contact forms from the pages of JENOX Akumulatory Sp. z o.o., i.e. http://www.jenox-akumulatory.pl, as well as from external pages through which you have sent us a message or provided your data for the purpose of contacting us for the performance of the service.
